Field gold

Field gold bread is golden in more than just name: it is made using the gold of the field, nutritious wholewheat flour. Soft and compact inside (made using a starter), decorated on the outside with a mixture of seeds. Our field gold bread is delicious for breakfast with butter and jam, or for dinner with a hearty cheese.

Declaration

Wholemeal wheat flour milling grade 1800, basic sourdough, water, yeast, salt, grain mixture only as decoration (oat flakes, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds).
