Conditions of delivery

Order deadlines

Ordered by 11.00 a.m. today, delivered the next day. You can order from Monday to Friday.

Delivery times

We deliver between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, from Monday to Saturday. The person placing the order has no claim to timed deliveries. Depending on the order volume, the supplier reserves the right to comply with delivery times as far as possible.

Payment options

Online payment with order:
You have the option to pay online with your credit card at the time of ordering. The customer does not need to be present, as the order can be placed in the customer’s parcel box.

Payment with customer card (regular customer):
With customer card payments, the amount is debited directly from the card. The customer does not need to be present, as the order is deposited in the parcel box with a receipt showing the new balance.

PostFinance payment:
Only cash payments can be made on receipt of the delivery (no credit card terminal available on delivery).

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be notified by e-mail at least 48 hours before delivery to:

Orders placed via the online shop and confirmed by e-mail can no longer be changed. The contract is concluded once the order has been submitted by clicking on the button “Buy – order binding”.

Prices and VAT

The prices in the online shop are the same as the prices in store. All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT in Swiss francs.

The delivery charge is CHF 10.00 in Basel-Stadt and CHF 15.00 for all other locations.
