Description
Our UrDinkel butter braid is available every Saturday. We make it the day before using both a poolish and a starter.
The UrDinkel butter braid has a very fine crumb and a crunchy crust, which comes from the UrDinkel grist in which we roll the dough before baking.
Compared to our wheat butter braid, the UrDinkel butter braid has a more mellow taste and is softer.
It also contains 10% premium JUMI butter.
Pre-dough: starter and poolish
