We are the traditional family bakery of the Jetzer family Feinbäckerei Jetzer GmbH is a certified UrDinkel bakery and a slow’food producer, and produces all of its own baked goods from scratch using honest craftsmanship. Regionality and seasonality are our passion. We work exclusively with certified products and with long-standing regional partners. Quality, honest craftsmanship and a great passion for fine foods – this is the Jetzer family.

Gabriela Jetzer

Production manager with a degree in economics and an advanced federal diploma as a master baker.

Gabriela is nocturnal, and manages the overall production of the traditional business. Together with the team, she creates the finest baked goods of the highest quality in the bakery, well into the early hours of the morning.
